Why does fermentation matter?
Introducing Enhanced Polyphenols. Polyphenols are valuable organic compounds found abundantly in fruits, and have been proven to act as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents. Using our new proprietary fermentation method, we are able to extract all of the apple’s high potency Polyphenol goodness.
Why Polyphenols? The fibre in apples are great prebiotics, feeding the body’s probiotics and improving digestion. With this new fermentation method, our apples become a postbiotic, where the nutrient components are already in a post-digestive form for the body to directly absorb more efficiently.
